1. Nature of Services
The Company provides a digital platform for promotion, visibility, and facilitation
of opportunities across two primary sectors: General Business Promotion
(Businesses, Services, Places, Events) and Talent Promotion (Models, Actors,
Singers, Influencers).
The Company acts solely as a promotional aggregator and directory. We do not guarantee work,
selection, bookings, income, or commercial outcomes.
2. Registration & ID Verification
- All users must provide accurate and verifiable information during the Registration process.
- For the safety and integrity of the platform, the Company reserves the right to request
government-issued ID proofs (e.g., Aadhar, PAN).
- Profiles may remain in a "Pending" state until the administrative team reviews and approves
the submitted ID proofs and data.
- If a profile is found to contain fake, abusive, or misleading information, the Company
reserves the right to "Reject" the registration, disabling edits and locking the account
permanently.
3. Subscription Plans & Payments
- All charges displayed on the website are introductory and subject to change without prior
notice.
- Users may opt for "Free" subscription plans where applicable, subject to platform
limitations. Premium subscription plans must be paid in advance via our integrated payment
gateway (Razorpay).
- Upon successful payment, subscriptions are automatically logged into your Membership
History, and your profile enters the approval queue.
- Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, even if
the profile is later rejected due to terms violation or fake document submission.
- Applicable GST and statutory taxes (18%) are charged on all premium subscription plans as
per law.
4. Profile Visibility & Advertisements
- Active subscription plans dictate the duration your profile remains visible on the platform.
- Home Page advertisements are paid promotional placements and do not guarantee leads or
visibility outcomes.
- Placement, rotation, and duration depend on availability and internal scheduling algorithms.
- The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, reposition, or remove any
advertisement or profile if it violates community guidelines.
5. Content Responsibility
- Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of submitted content
(images, descriptions, contact info).
- Content must not be misleading, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or infringe upon
third-party intellectual property rights.
- The Company is not liable for any disputes arising from user-submitted content.
6. Third-Party Interaction & Liability
The Company acts only as a platform facilitator and shall not be responsible for:
- Direct User-to-user communications or business deals.
- Business transactions, service quality, or payment disputes between clients and
talents/businesses.
- Third-party misuse, copying, or unauthorized circulation of public profile content.
7. Suspension & Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services
if any user violates these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.

Notice: Any misuse of the platform, submission of fraudulent documents, or policy
violation
may result in immediate profile rejection and account suspension without prior notice and
without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
losses, including loss of income, reputation, or business opportunities arising from platform
downtime or profile suspensions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India,
and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
10. Acceptance
Continued use of the website or services constitutes full and binding acceptance
of these Terms & Conditions.
